Cancellation Policy

Orders submitted online are reprocessed immediately and may only be canceled if the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped already, the customer is subject to the terms of the Return Policy below. Cancellations before shipped product will be refunded 100%.

Return Policy

Discounted and clearance items are exempt from returns. Once an item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of the delivered date. All eligible items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, email us at and state the reason for return as well as Order Number.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 260 Martin Ave. Spring Creek, NV 89815.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. The cost of the original shipping charge and the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase total and refund will be initiated. Orders placed and refunded through Paypal are generally processed by Paypal in 3-5 days. Orders placed with a credit or debit card are processed by Square and generally take 7-10 days to show back on the card.

Items that are returned damaged or used will be denied any refund, unless prior arrangements have been agreed on with us.

If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.  All monetary refunds (cash or card) will incur a 25% restocking fee.
